Dana A. Sinclair is a registered psychologist who serves as a consultant for many business organizations and professional sport franchises. Her current sport client list includes the NFL’s Indianapolis Colts and Seattle Seahawks, MLB’s Boston Red Sox and Los Angeles Dodgers, the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs and Anaheim Ducks, the NBA’s Portland Trail Blazers, and a number of individual professional athletes. Dana has worked with a number of Olympic teams, taking her to the Olympic Games in Nagano, Sydney and Salt Lake City in her capacity as the teams’ sport psychologist. A former international athlete herself, Dana served as captain of the Canadian Field Hockey Team. Dana holds doctorates from the University of Cambridge and the University of Ottawa, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor with the Faculty of Medicine at the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Consultant with the Association of Applied Sport Psychology, is a member of the United States Olympic Committee’s Sport Psychology Registry and the American Psychological Association, and has served as the Director of the Pacific Region’s Athlete Services Program for the Canadian Olympic Committee.
